丝绸之路从古至今，仍然发展兴盛繁荣，不断的拓展合作领域。2023年正是一带一路创新思路提出第十周年，为弘扬中华优秀传统文化和精神，积极贯彻一带一路发展理念，承担新时代中国青年责任担当，西京学院人文与教育学院开展了以“为共建一带一路，注入西京青年力量”主题的寒假社会实践活动。古丝绸之路以西安为起点向外延伸，途经多个城市与国家，继西安丝绸之路探索之后，团队成员决定出发至第二站——洛阳〈丝绸之路东方起点〉。

　　From ancient times to the present, the Silk Road is still developing and flourishing, and constantly expanding areas of cooperation. 2023 is the tenth anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative. In order to carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture and spirit, actively implement the development concept of the Belt and Road Initiative, and assume the responsibility of Chinese youth in the new era, the School of Humanities and Education of Xijing University launched a winter vacation social practice activity with the theme of "building the Belt and Road together and injecting the strength of Xijing youth". The ancient Silk Road started from Xi'an and extended outward through many cities and countries. Following the exploration of the Silk Road in Xi'an, the team members decided to set out to the second stop, Luoyang, the eastern starting point of the Silk Road.

　　一、活动背景

　　洛阳是中国有着悠久历史文化的城市，近年来随着一带一路战略的推进，它也成为了文化交流的重要节点。西京人文与教育学院团队在洛阳进行了寒假社会实践，在拓宽视野，丰富自己的知识体系的同时。为深入了解一带一路与文化发展，贡献西京青年力量。

　　Luoyang is a city with a long history and culture in China. In recent years, with the promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative, it has also become an important node for cultural exchanges. The team of Xijing Institute of Humanities and Education carried out winter vacation social practice in Luoyang, broadening their horizons and enriching their knowledge system. In order to deeply understand the Belt and Road and cultural development, we will contribute to the youth strength of Xijing.

　　二、活动过程

　　在实践团队队长联系国外友人和留学生的同时，其他成员负责准备实践资料与相关部门协商等问题。

　　While the leader of the practice team contacts foreign friends and students, other members are responsible for preparing practice materials and consulting with relevant departments.

　　与学校领导商定更多细节后，实践团队于2023.1.15日从西安出发前往洛阳。

　　After agreeing on more details with the school leaders, the practice team set out from Xi'an to Luoyang on January 15, 2023.

　　本次实践活动，西京实践队员从西安出发，为探索“一带一路”，促进人文交流，增进中外彼此之间的友谊，促进区域和谐发展贡献自己的力量。

　　In this practice, the Xijing practice team started from Xi'an to contribute to the exploration of "one belt and one road", the promotion of cultural exchanges, the promotion of friendship between China and foreign countries, and the promotion of regional harmonious development.

　　第一站 洛邑古城

　　First stop, Luoyi ancient city.

　　在探索“一带一路”大背景下，走进古城，体验传统音乐、传统美术、传统医药、曲艺民俗，感受时代气息，这些非物质文化遗产发展，极大程度上传播着中国的文化。

　　在这里，西京实践队员进行了一系列宣传活动。

　　Under the background of exploring the "one belt and one road", walking into the ancient city, experiencing traditional music, traditional art, traditional medicine, folk art and folklore, and feeling the flavor of the times, the development of these intangible cultural heritages has spread Chinese culture to a great extent. 　　第二站 洛阳博物馆。

　　Second stop, LuoyanMuseum.

　　洛阳博物馆是首批国家一级博物馆，也是一座集文物收藏、科学研究、陈列展览、社会教育与文化交流诸功能为一体的综合性博物馆，丝绸之路不仅是一条商贸之路，更是一条文明传承之路。

　　Luoyang Museum is one of the first national first-class museums, and it is also a comprehensive museum integrating the functions of cultural relic collection, scientific research, exhibition, social education and cultural exchange. The Silk Road is not only a road of commerce, but also a road of civilization inheritance. 西京实践团队探索一带一路如何从古丝绸之路中提取经验，以及洛阳在“一带一路”战略中的地位与意义等问题展开一系列实践活动。

　　The Xijing Practice team has conducted a series of practical activities to explore how the Belt and Road can extract experience from the ancient Silk Road, as well as the status and significance of Luoyang in the "Belt and Road" strategy.

　　在这里，西京实践队员详细了解了古丝绸之路产生的背景，及其产生对于各个参与国在政治、经济、文化等方面的影响。

　　Here, the team members of Xijing Practice have a detailed understanding of the background of the ancient Silk Road and its impact on the politics, economy, culture and other aspects of each participating country.

　　在听讲解的同时，西京实践队员也用自己的知识，向外国友人介绍了一带一路背景下的各式文物，向外国友人展示了中国文化的发展。

　　各式各类实体文物、照片、文献资料，无不展现着这一带的衍生与发展，这一路的辉煌与成就。

　　While listening to the explanation, the team members of Xijing Practice also used their knowledge to introduce various cultural relics under the background of the Belt and Road to foreign friends, and showed the development of Chinese culture to foreign friends. All kinds of physical cultural relics, photos, documents, all show the derivation and development of this area, and the brilliance and achievements of this way.

　　牡丹文化产品是建立在传统洛阳牡丹文化基础上的手工艺产品，是在“一带一路”大背景下，成功地将的传统文化与现代技艺有机结合。

　　对此，西京实践队员对于牡丹文化进行宣传和讲解。

　　Cultural dissemination and economic development complement each other. Peony cultural products are handicraft products based on the traditional Luoyang peony culture, which successfully combines traditional culture with modern skills under the background of "The Belt and Road". In this regard, the team members of the West Beijing practice propagandized and explained the peony culture.

　　第三站 定鼎门博物馆

　　Third stop is Dingdingmen Museum

　　定鼎门博物馆在隋唐洛阳城遗址中具有重要的地位。此外，定鼎门是迄今为止我国发现沿用时间较长的古代都城城门之一，对于研究中国古代城市发展史和隋唐历史文化具有重要意义。

　　The Dingdingmen Museum holds an important position in the ruins of Luoyang City during the Sui and Tang dynasties. In addition, Dingding Gate is one of the ancient city gates discovered and used for a long time in China, which is of great significance for studying the development history of ancient Chinese cities and the history and culture of the Sui and Tang dynasties.

　　西京学子和外国友人共同去参观了定鼎门博物馆，了解到了定鼎门的历史沿革和其隋唐时期的重要历史地位，感受到了这座古城厚重的历史和文化遗产。

　　Students from Xijing and foreign friends visited the Dingdingmen Museum together, learned about the historical evolution of Dingdingmen and its important historical position during the Sui and Tang dynasties, and felt the rich historical and cultural heritage of this ancient city.

　　这次实践让西京学子和外国友人更加深入地理解了“一带一路”倡议的意义，也更加坚定了西京学子为传承中华文明、推动文化交流贡献力量的决心。

　　第四站 应天门

　　Fourth station is Yingtianmen

　　应天门是隋唐洛阳城·宫城紫微城的正南门，是隋唐时期的国家门面和礼仪象征。

　　Yingtianmen is the south gate of the Ziwei City, a palace city in Luoyang during the Sui and Tang dynasties. It was the national facade and symbol of etiquette during the Sui and Tang dynasties.

　　西京学子带领了外国友人前来应天门进行参观，了解隋唐时期洛阳城的辉煌和中国古代都市建筑的发展和演变。

　　The students from Xijing led foreign friends to visit Yingtianmen and learn about the glory of Luoyang during the Sui and Tang dynasties, as well as the development and evolution of ancient Chinese urban architecture

　　在这次实践活动中，西京学子深入了解“一带一路”倡议的背景与意义。作为古丝绸之路的东方起点，洛阳在“一带一路”倡议中发挥着重要的作用。参观过程中，西京学子介绍了应天门与“一带一路"的历史渊源和文化交流，让外国友人深刻感受到古都洛阳在“一带一路”倡议中的重要地位。

　　In this practical activity, Xijing students have a deep understanding of the background and significance of the "the Belt and Road" initiative. As the eastern starting point of the ancient Silk Road, Luoyang plays an important role in the "the Belt and Road" initiative. During the visit, Xijing students introduced the historical origins and cultural exchanges between Ying Tianmen and the "the Belt and Road", which made foreign friends deeply feel the important position of Luoyang, the ancient capital, in the "the Belt and Road" initiative.

The light show, through the perfect combination of modern technology and light and shadow art, vividly presents the historical and cultural elements of the Sui and Tang dynasties, giving people a strong visual impact and spiritual feeling.

　　通过这次实践活动，外国友人感受到了中国隋唐时期辉煌历程，了解到了中华优秀文化和“古丝绸之路”洛阳所发挥的重要作用。同样，西京学子也了解到了，“一带一路”倡议的背景和意义。

　　Through this practical activity, foreign friends have experienced the glorious history of China's Sui and Tang dynasties, and learned about the excellent Chinese culture and the important role played by Luoyang on the ancient Silk Road. Similarly, Xijing students also learned about the background and significance of the "the Belt and Road" initiative.

　　第五站 白马寺

　　Fifth stop: Baima Temple

　　白马寺是中国佛教的“祖庭”，是全世界唯一拥有中、印、缅、泰四国风格佛殿的国际化寺院，吸引了世界各地的佛教信徒和游客前来参拜和参观。白马寺的建筑风格和文物珍品也是人类文明的瑰宝。

　　Baima Temple is the ancestral home of Chinese Buddhism and the only international temple in the world with Buddhist temples in the styles of China, India, Myanmar, and Thailand. It has attracted Buddhist believers and tourists from all over the world to come and visit. The architectural style and cultural relics of Baima Temple are also treasures of human civilization.

　　西京学子带外国友人前往白马寺进行参观，了解佛教文化、建筑风格、历史遗迹等方面的知识。

　　Xijing students take foreign friends to visit Baima Temple to learn about Buddhist culture, architectural styles, historical relics, and other related knowledge.

　　西京学子通过与当地居民和寺庙管理人员的交流，深入了解了白马寺的历史和文化背景并向外国友人进行讲解，加深他们对中国文化的理解，也促进了不同民族文化的交流。

　　Through communication with local residents and temple administrators, students from Xijing have gained a deeper understanding of the history and cultural background of Baima Temple, and have provided explanations to foreign friends, deepening their understanding of Chinese culture and promoting cultural exchange among different ethnic groups.

　　通过这次实践活动，外国友人了解到了中国的传统文化和历史，同时也增强了西京学子的社会责任感和使命感，为共建一带一路做出贡献。

　　Through this practical activity, foreign friends learned about China's traditional culture and history, and also enhanced the students' sense of social responsibility and mission in Xijing, making contributions to the joint construction of the the Belt and Road.

　　第六站 龙门石窟

　　Sixth stop: Longmen Grottoes

　　龙门石窟是中国著名的石刻艺术宝库之一，有许多精美的佛像和壁画，是中国古代艺术的珍贵遗产之一。它的开凿对于研究中国古代历史、宗教、文化等方面具有重要意义。

　　The Longmen Grottoes is one of the famous treasure troves of stone carving art in China, with many exquisite Buddha statues and murals, and is one of the precious legacies of ancient Chinese art. Its excavation is of great significance for the study of ancient Chinese history, religion, culture, and other aspects.

　　向他们介绍龙门石的历史，体会中国历史文化的博大精深和古代劳动人民的智慧与创造力。

　　这次实践活动的经历让我们受益匪浅，我们将继续努力学习，为共建一带一路贡献西京青年的力量。同时也会积极宣传中国文化，让更多的人了解和感受到中国文化的魅力。

　　The experience of this practical activity has benefited us a lot. We will continue to study hard and contribute to the efforts of Xijing youth to jointly build the the Belt and Road. At the same time, we will actively promote Chinese culture, allowing more people to understand and feel the charm of Chinese culture.

　　在一带一路的大背景下，西京青年通过本次寒假社会实践，在深入了解了当地发展现状和未来发展机遇的同时，也充分了解了自身与一带一路的关系，为未来一带一路的发展做出自己的贡献。在一带一路发展中，洛阳作为重要节点城市之一，充分发挥自身的优势和作用，积极参与到一带一路建设中来。以洛阳为一带一路探寻第一站的寒假社会实践虽已画上圆满的句号，但西京青年从未停下探索的脚步，丝绸之路的探寻还将继续。

　　In the context of the Belt and Road, Xijing youth through this winter holiday social practice, in an in-depth understanding of the local development status and future development opportunities, but also fully understand their own relationship with the Belt and Road, for the future development of the Belt and Road to make their own contributions. In the development of the Belt and Road, Luoyang, as one of the important node cities, gives full play to its own advantages and roles, and actively participates in the construction of the Belt and Road. Although the winter social practice of Luoyang as the first stop of the Belt and Road exploration has come to a successful end, Xijing youth have never stopped exploring the pace of exploration, and the exploration of the Silk Road will continue.

三、活动心得

　　李晨露 :

　　为贯彻落实习近平总书记共建一带一路新思想，我与学院老师同学，共同策划此次洛阳社会实践项目，作为本次实践活动的队长，我主要负责与各国友人交涉讲解，保证队员安全，与析木工作室合作事宜，以及相关国际宣传，在实践过程中，我体会到了团队合作力量，文化交融的魅力，已经身为青年一代应有的的责任与担当，我有信心将“为共建一带一路，注入西京青年力量”特色社会实践活动传承发扬。

　　杨阳 :

　　为了保证此次实践活动有序进行，同时也为了保证持续学习和传承一带一路的丝路文化，我担任本次实践活动的财务。在出发前做好住宿，餐饮以及出行等方面的经济支出分配，在一次次的与洛阳的工作人员和当人人们交流的过程中，我感到了洛阳城深厚的历史文化底蕴，也领略到了作为丝路起点的洛阳风采，我们在有限的能力范围里尽可能的去学习去了解丝路文化，作为西京青年我们未来会继续坚持“为共建一带一路，注入西京青年力量”继续坚守此次实践活动的初心。

　　通过这次社会实践让我深入了解了古代丝绸之路的历史和文化底蕴。在这里，我参观了古代宫殿建筑群、博物馆等文化场所，感受到了古都的风土人情和生活方式。同时，我也参与了一些社会实践活动，与当地居民交流互动，体验到了他们的生活和工作的艰辛。我深刻认识到了一带一路对于促进沿线国家和地区的经济发展、文化交流和人民福祉的重要意义。我相信在未来，一带一路将会为我们带来更多的机遇和挑战。我们需要不断学习和探索，为推动世界和平与发展贡献自己的力量。
